UNESCO has just announced Port Harcourt as the 2014 World Book Capital City! Port Harcourt was chosen over such formidable cities as Oxford and Lyon. Congrats to the Rainbow Book Club and the Rivers State government. And we hope to see you at the special World Book Capital City edition of the Garden City Literary Festival in 2014.
